Can’t make it to your scheduled performance? Exchange your tickets for a small service fee of $5.00 per ticket (free for Dallas Theater Center subscribers).

To request an exchange, simply complete and submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation email following your submission, and a representative from our Box Office will follow up via email within 48 hours confirming that your request has been completed. If your request requires an additional charge, we will contact you to collect payment or you can request for us to charge the card you have on file.

As a reminder, all ticket exchanges have a processing fee of $5.00 per ticket for non-subscribers. Additionally, if you are moving from a standard performance to a premium performance, there will be an additional charge to cover the difference in cost.
