How do I access my mobile tickets?
You can access your tickets through the Dallas Theater Center Mobile App. The app is available for all smartphones through your app store. After downloading, you will login with the same email and password you used to purchase your tickets online. Your tickets will be available on the home page or under “My Events”. If you do not remember your login information or if you have any issues, please call the box office at (214) 522- 8499.
Where is my parking pass?
Your parking pass can be made available in a few different ways! The AT&T parking attendants will have a list with the names of everyone who has parking for the performance. If you prefer to have your pass in hand it will be available on your Dallas Theater Center Mobile App under the My Events page. If your tickets are being mailed to you we will include a ticket for your parking.
Subscriber parking for Wyly productions is in the Lexus Silver Garage at 1712 Jack Evans St., Dallas Tx, 75201. We recommend approaching from Ross St. as it is quite narrow and there is little room to make the necessary turn to enter.

What are guest tickets?
Guest tickets are complimentary tickets included in your subscription. These tickets can be used for any of the shows in your Season Subscription whether that is in addition to your Subscription Seats or as a gift for a different date. Give us a call at 214-522-8499 or email us at email@example.com to book. Preferred subscribers have 4 tickets per subscription, Standard and Value subscribers enjoy 2 Guest Tickets per season.
How do I exchange?
Part of your season subscription includes free exchanges and we pride ourselves in making exchanges pain-free. You can log into your account and select the Request a Refund/Exchange button for the performance. From there you can let us know which performance you would like to move to as well as any seating requests. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 214-522-8499 and we will be happy to complete your exchange.
Can I print my tickets?
To protect our patrons from scalping we no longer allow our tickets to be printed from home. Your tickets and events are always available in the Dallas Theater Center Mobile App and can be printed at the Box Office before your performance. If time allows we can also mail tickets.
Will my tickets be available through Apple Wallet?
At this time our system does not support Apple Wallet but your tickets and information are always available in the Mobile App.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food or drinks are not allowed within our spaces at this time. Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the bar and will be allowed into the performance space unless otherwise stated.
