Tessitura Database & Analytics Manager

The Tessitura Database & Analytics Manager is a key member of the Marketing and Development Departments that provides essential support for all Dallas Theater Center departments in their use of Tessitura. This position supports DTC’s in-house Box Office, Marketing Department, Development Department and Finance Department in their collection, use and analysis of customer data. The focus for the Tessitura Manager is to work with various administrative teams to provide and update information necessary to run all aspects of the Marketing, Box Office and Development departments.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is a creative, and detail-oriented member of the Marketing team. This role is responsible for implementing and managing social media marketing campaigns and promotional content that promote our company and its products and/or services. This role will be responsible for managing and executing content across our social platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and occasionally capturing photo and video content that brings our story to life.

Director of Development

This role will be responsible for DTC’s annual fundraising and stewardship programs. The Director of Development (DoD) will report to the Executive Director and manage a three-person team, including a Corporate and Foundation Relations Officer, an Individual Donor Relations Officer, and a Development Operations & Event Coordinator. The DoD will work closely with individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities in fulfilling DTC’s revenue goals, while also engaging, cultivating, and stewarding a passionate community of supporters invested in the organization’s mission and programs.

Staff Carpenter

An active member of Dallas Theater Center (DTC)’s Production Department, the Staff Carpenter is responsible for build, installation, and strike of all scenic elements. The Staff Carpenter reports to the Lead Carpenter, and is responsible for effectively supporting the scenic design, ensuring that high artistic standards are met at all times. An ideal candidate would be someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude, and strong communication and time management skills.
